It can be applied to existing ceramic tile, VCT and non-cushioned sheet goods, saving time and labor hours on surface preparation.
The Same Day Installation System also includes TEC Fast-Set Ultimate Large Tile Mortar. This mortar is easy to use – mixing to a smooth, creamy consistency – and offers superior transfer to give you full coverage with minimal effort. In addition, TEC Power Grout® Ultimate Performance Grout allows you to finish grouting fast because it doesn’t require sealing. It allows for foot traffic four hours after installation. TEC HydraFlex, Fast Set Ultimate Large Tile Mortar, and Power Grout are all rated for extra heavy commercial use, so they can withstand heavy foot traffic in the busiest retail environments.

Adhesives: TEC offers two excellent options for adhesives for resilient flooring (non-ceramics).
